Shipping Within New Zealand

We currently ship within New Zealand only. All orders are carefully packaged and dispatched using NZ Post.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location at checkout. Rates are determined by NZ Post and will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, delivery times vary depending on your location:

• Urban areas: 2-3 business days
• Rural areas: 3-5 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or courier delays.
